Following each acquisition, we undertake a targeted refurbishment programme to improve the asset and increase its market value — from cosmetic upgrades to full structural renovation — delivered against a clear programme and budget.
Step Four
On completion of works, Kaorox Ltd disposes of properties through open-market sale, generating a trading return on the acquisition and improvement cycle. The company acts as vendor principal in all sales, appointing estate agents as selling agents on its behalf.
Step Five — Where Applicable
Where market conditions support it, the company may refinance a completed property and retain it within its own portfolio to generate rental income — recycling capital back into the next acquisition under the BRRRR model. All rental income flows directly to Kaorox Ltd.
